We gather at 2 pm and start with a Cha Dao tea meditation guided by Yuliya. She has been serving tea for a decade and is passionate about creating a space for guests to relax and let go of the pressure of social surroundings. In that space, no one is expected to impress and perform and everyone gets a chance to pause the racing mind and tune into the exploration of Inner Child guided by Anna.

With a unique blend of emotion-image therapy, redecision therapy, transactional analysis and awareness practices, Anna will guide you through a series of powerful exercises. These are designed to help you become aware of the unconscious patterns from your childhood that negatively impact your adult life. You will learn how to hold space for the parts of yourself that feel unloved, neglected or abandoned. and to develop the capacity to attend to the needs of your Inner Child.

After the Inner Child session, you will have a sound bath. Sound-guided meditation will give you time to integrate all the inner work before you return to back to your usual surroundings. The sound bath will be guided by Yuliya. She works with Himalayan singing bowls combined with Yoday nidra techniques.

To end the day, we will do a sharing circle to integrate your insights and experiences, this is an integral part of completing the inner work.

Your facilitators:

Tamara, an artist from Kyiv, Ukraine, who escaped from war will be joining us and play shakuhachi, Japanese bamboo flute. Sound of shakuhachi is perfect accompaniment for tea ceremony. It takes us deeper in to our experience. It structures the space and calm busy mind activity.

Tea and Humans go long way back together, we became friends centuries ago. The first relationship was established on the healing level. If you want to look at your daily beverage in a new way, this space is for you.

Be ready to clear your mind, open your heart and illuminate the spirit, with the help of this priceless gift from Nature.

In these challenging times when western civilisation is under attack from dark and inhumane forces is extremely important to keep yourself centered. Through the lifelong tradition of Cha Dao (the Way of Tea) we can receive Living Tea as a medicine. She knows how to awaken our sensitivity and receptivity to the laws of nature. We sit in a silent circle and support each other with our presence. She is a lifelong companion to Zen meditation. No previous experience is needed. Join us in our silent prayer for peace. Yoga Nidra and Himalayan Singing Bowls

Yoga Nidra and Himalayan Singing Bowls

Yoga Nidra is an old Vedic technique that has found its way into modern neuroscience. It explores a space between the conscious (awake), subconscious (dreaming) and unconscious (deep sleep) states of mind, by anchoring awareness in what is called the superconscious state. It is combined with the sound of Himalayan Singing Bowls known for its soothing, calming and enveloping sensation.

Lingering in that state allows the mind to relax, integrate new material, improve memory, increase stress resistance, create new neuro-passages and open a gate for creativity. Other benefits are the release of muscular, emotional and mental tension, leading to deeper relaxation of the body with a therapeutical effect on psychosomatic diseases. It can also be used for deepening spiritual or intellectual potential.

During meditation, you will lay on the floor and let the body relax and absorb gentle sound waves from Singing Bowls and check in with every part of your body. Low frequency promotes cell recovery and tunes your brain into Alfa waves associated with a deep meditation state. It induces a physical, mental and emotional relaxation process.

Mondays during September and October,  18:30 - 19:30; September 27th, October 11th and 25th.

Spaces: 10

Investment: 150 kr/Session or 400 kr/ for all three sessions.
