Urban Retreat
This is a three-hour reset for people who struggle to fully switch off.
The session is designed to interrupt mental load, constant input, and nervous system overdrive — without effort, discussion, or analysis.
You arrive. You lie down. The body does the work.
Sound Immersion
Using Himalayan Full Moon Singing Bowls placed directly on the body, sound is experienced physically — through vibration rather than volume.
This method supports:
releasing physical tension
calming the nervous system
settling mental activity
restoring a felt sense of presence
The sound is steady and grounding, not dramatic.
A guided relaxation supports the mind in letting go while the body rests.
Tea Ceremony
After the immersion, we transition slowly back into wakefulness through a quiet tea ceremony.
This is not a social event or a lesson.
It’s a structured pause — marked by simplicity, timing, and attention.
