Yoga Nidra with Tibetan Singing Bowls

Yoga Nidra is an old vedic technique which has found its way into modern neuroscience. It explores a space between the conscious (awake), subconscious (dreaming) and unconscious (deep sleep) states of mind, by anchoring awareness in what is called the superconscious state. Lingering it that state allows the mind to relax, integrate new material, improve memory, increase stress resistance, create new neuropassage and open a gate for creativity. Other benefits are release of muscular, emotional and mental tension, leading to deeper relaxation of the body with a  therapeutical effect on psychosomatic diseases. It can also be used for deepening spiritual or intellectual potential.

In addition to using the voice as a main tool for this technique, Yuliya incorporates HSB (Himalayan singing bowls) to increase receptivity of the right hemisphere of the brain.
